1. About this application
IDMA LLC (“IDMA”, “we”, “us”) operates IDMA Threads Lead Hunter, a closed internal business tool used to identify relevant public business requests on Threads and to assist authorized team members with evaluating and managing initial engagement.
The application is not offered as a public consumer service.
2. Data we may process
The application may process information made available through authorized Meta and Threads APIs, including:
- public Threads post content;
- Threads usernames and public profile identifiers;
- post and reply identifiers;
- timestamps;
- public permalinks;
- replies and conversation information available to authorized Threads accounts;
- technical information required to securely operate authorized API integrations.
Authentication and access tokens required for authorized Threads accounts are stored securely and are used only to operate the application.
3. How Platform Data is used
Platform Data may be used to:
- search public Threads content for potentially relevant business requests;
- evaluate whether public content is relevant to services provided by the authorized business;
- assist authorized team members with preparing an appropriate initial response;
- publish responses from an authorized Threads account where permitted;
- detect subsequent replies and notify an authorized human operator when follow-up is required;
- maintain operational, security and audit records needed to operate the service.
4. Automated and AI-assisted processing
Relevant public content may be processed using deterministic rules and artificial-intelligence systems to evaluate commercial relevance, classify requests and prepare suggested responses.
Automated analysis does not replace human responsibility. The application includes rules and controls designed to restrict unsupported or inappropriate responses, and further communication may be handled by authorized human personnel.
5. Sharing and sale of Platform Data
We do not sell Platform Data.
We do not provide raw Platform Data to third parties for resale, unrelated advertising, data brokerage or unrelated profiling.
Data may be processed by infrastructure and technology providers strictly where necessary to operate the application and subject to applicable contractual and security requirements.
6. Third-party services
The application uses Meta and Threads APIs and may use OpenAI services for automated text analysis and processing.
Processing performed by those providers is subject to their applicable terms, security practices and privacy policies.
7. Data security
We apply technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect stored information.
Access to the application and stored information is limited to authorized personnel. Authentication credentials and access tokens are protected using appropriate technical controls, including encryption where applicable.
8. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, audit and improve the application, comply with applicable requirements and resolve security or operational incidents.
Data that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymized.
